Parcels are generally sent via Colissimo or Carrier with a number of follow-up and delivered requiring signature.

Zone of delivery

The delivery of the proposed PRODUCTS is limited in Metropolitan France (except(off) DOM / FRENCH OVERSEAS TERRITORY), Corsica, certain countries of the European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom and Sweden) and certain countries of Africa (Cameroon, Congo, Ivory Coast, Morocco and Tunisia). 

It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address situated except these TERRITORIES.

PRODUCTS are sent in the address(es) of delivery which the CUSTOMER will have indicated during the process of order.

Delivery deadlines & charges

The deadlines to prepare a order then issue the invoice, before shipment PRODUCTS in stock are mentioned below. These deadlines get on except weekends or holidays.

The costs of shipping are calculated according to the mode of delivery. They include the expenses of preparation and packaging as well as the postal charges. We recommend you to groupinclude all your articles in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipment charges apply to each of them.

The dimensions of boxes are suited and your articles are correctly protected.

Shipping terms

The orders are sent by mail way or carrier. The CUSTOMER makes a commitment to be present the day of the agreed delivery the deliverer.

The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery in case of strikes or other attributable inconveniences to the carrier, to the Post office or to his suppliers.

The deliveries are made by post, " Colissimo, handed without signature ". Once the parcel was prepared by our care, it will be delivered to you for an indicative deadline of 48 hours, directly in your mailbox. If this one is not rather big and what you are absent, a notice of authority will be put down to you. You can then get back your parcel in the closest post office, within 15 days. Follow at any time the routing of your parcel on www.colissimo.fr

By opting for the delivery in Colissimo, you choose of a carrier who compensates for the CO2 emissions of every parcel delivered to reduce the environmental impact.

The deliveries are made in a secure way by post, " Colissimo, handed requiring signature ". Once the parcel was prepared by our care, it will be delivered and put back to you against signature for an indicative deadline of 48 hours. If you are absent during the delivery, a notice of authority will be put down to you in your mailbox.
Within 15 days, you can get back your parcel in the closest post office from your home, by means of an ID card. It will then be asked to you to sign the proof of delivery. Follow at any time the routing of your parcel on www.colissimo.fr
